VARANASI: Now that there is a common ruling-party at the center and the state, may I request the Varanasi local circles leadership to please ensure the following: Completion of the under-construction fly-overs near Lahartara-Maduadih raiway-station and the Cantt railway station [Allahabad highway]. Secondly. the 3-feet tall brick-wall that has been raised to protect a statue at the T-crossing on Varanasi-Allahabad road must be demolished and barbed wire put in its place. This will prevent men-folk from pissing there. Thirdly, there is a need to construct more wash-rooms [urinals & toilets] at all busy crossings, market places. The Ramnagar Samne-ghat bridges over the Ganga will, hopefully, be completed soon! more
These elements are vote bank of political parties, who will harm them ?????? more

Sorry to say you wakeup call nothing to do, .past 3 years Swachh Bharath who they done anything no? This is my opinion convene all municipal, politician and enthusiasts discuss this issue and clean there area every Sunday and aware people do not litter around their home more
Attitude of the municipalities in respect of Swachch Bharat Mission appears to be totally indifferent. Their participation is half minded. If the head of the municipalities belongs to other than the ruling party, the situation gets worst. Our city is a state capital but you won't get an intact road smooth to drive. Roads are full of path holes. Money comes and spent but the citizens continue to suffer. there is no development, no intact road, no regular cleaning, opens defecating and urinating in main city continued unabated. It is no bodys' headache. They all are worried only about allotment of funds & spending thereof. The government is also likewise. It never feels tired of making big untruth claims without having any concern for public welfare. The state capital has been made a city of garbage, dust, speed breaker after every 10 to 15 yards making every one internally injured, drains full of garbage and filth, path holes all around, mosquito menace, roads full of stray dogs and domestic animals, unabated spitting on roads & streets, indiscipline vehicular traffic having little respect towards the traffic signals and overall untrained, scared & confidence lacking traffic police. God save the 'Swachch Bharat Mission". the dream project of our beloved Prime Minister. more
