What is the policy of dm noida or noida authority when it comes to hoardings and wall defacement? If we report it, will they act? more

Very good point raised. Residential area is fully spoiled by hoardings and posters. Direction signs have been posted with to-let boards of dealers, internet service providers and others. Public needs to know about Noida rules about public area use for posters and hoardings. Also want to know the official who is to implement the rules and punish offenders. more

I do not think that they have any policy. There will be laws and rules but in this respect but no thought at all to enforce them. Huge sum of money is spent on construction and beautification and then more money is spent on repairs and re-beautification when some event happens or some VIP visit happens. Thereafter the money spent is left to be eaten by stray cattle and users of space for advertisement for free. Public money is in the hands of heartless people to spend recklessly. more
