Wallets not working

Tried to sign up to paytm, not working. My wife tried to add money, doesnt work. Also, just read in one of the circles that paytm doesn't take any responsibility if funds disappear from your account. That is scary.

Like to know experiences with other wallets and also may be its worth discussing, how to make wallets work properly and how wallet companies should be taking responsibility here. more

banks used to take charges and take responsibility for the transactions at the bank. now every thing except the charges are at the risk of the customer. when the work changed from manual to digital its advantageous and savings to bank. the savings are not passed on to customers. when banks create NPA ,they are condoned at the cost of the customer(Public). As some one said its not known if we can unearth the black money with demonetisation but tax base will definitely be widened. its expected(?) that benefit is passed on to the customers. shall we? In my view that to make public go digital govt must take responsibility of safety of transaction. A proper app may be supported by govt with assurance of safety.when we are forced to go digital with our hard earned money we need some assurance regarding safety. not assuring safety of transactions and not allowing to keep cash is something not digestible. its obvious that I expect my money to be safe even if it does not grow. who control the apps of digital transaction and in case of loss who assures the safety. more
