Want to withdraw pf amount

I have submitted my PF claim form 19 and 10c and got the response as below.:

STATUS for Member ID: PYKRP00528950000000017



Claim ID : PYKRP160600019267
Status : Claim Form 19 for PF Settlement AGAINST Member Account No (PYKRP00528950000000017) has been rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch/ dispatched to address in your claim form.
Reason of rejection: MEMBER NAMEs DIFFER

although i didn't received any letter yet. please someone help me out to get my pf amount. more

Please go to the PF Office and find out the real reason for the problem. I had a problem.Went to the EPF Office. Reason was that the 'KYC' of my bank account was not completed. Problem solved! more

You can surely resend your forms by post, with correct names duly signed / attested more

If the reason for rejection as stated is correct? If correct, then submit a joint declaration with your employer mentioning the correct name. If reason is not correct, then lodge a complaint on the central EPFO portal. If none of this materialises, then you will have to visit the PF office concerned. more

agreed with Mr Padamnabhan,these officials want their hands to be greased and any government be there at the center,this continues without any fear. more

Should i resubmit the form again or send some documents. I belongs to saharanpur and my PF account is in Bangalore so it is difficult for me to visit the PF office and officers again and again. my employer is not supporting me. There is no mismatch in the PF account and claim form for any name and all. Please suggest me what can i do? more
