Water, food and essential items sold at exobirant prices way off MRP

As our beloved PM says , ours is a poor persons govt.
We cannot give credence to his vision if railways charges 25 rs for water bottle where as tamilnadu sells it at 10, food is rs 70 whereas amma canteens sell a meal at 5. I don't say sell at 5 but sell at 30 for the cost of that food is not more than 15 in any market place. Top it up the quality is bad. If the train is garib rather then what business we have to sell food at exobirant prizes. The sellers don't even adhere to MRP if govt doesn't sell at mrp who will. Railway can win people for our PM in short time of a week if they can work on the above raised points. We have a PM who is one among us and one for whom we have slogged to ensure he lives our dreams for our beloved nation. Help him serve this great nation by considering my requests
Thanks

Nagajyoti defense forces already get it. Ashwani try buying bottle at 15 from railway ppl at station or even at train. There is difference in law and its implementation. Everything is sold above mrp and railway need to plug it. Also if tamilnadu sells water at 10 then there is no reason why railways cannot. more
Railways can fixed price for foods and drinking water but it should be need and clean. And one request please give first priority for ARMY< CRPF< BSF and ETC in their reservation. because they are sacrifice their life for our nation ( my husband is in C.R.P.F.) like living without their wife and children. and keep the platform neat and clean, in train the water should be in any time. sometime the water is insufficient and the toilet are dirty and the coach full of bad smell. this is normal but it is necessary. thanking you sir. more
Railways has fixed water bottle Mrp 15/ with permission to sell some quality brands. But vendor is selling some thing for higher margin with high mrp. more
