Way Bill

Way Bill Generation fom receptons of goods will make it very difficult, (if not impossible) to ship interstate goods.
GST is created to remove the problem faced by VAT & CST. If now, way bill is again brought, then, both supplier & end-user will land up with big problem more

IT IS NECESARY TO REMOVE NO TWO BUSINESS SUPPLIER AND PURCHASER ARE INVOLVED AND IF ANY ONE DO WRONG WILL BE HELD IMMEDIATELY THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT STEP TO MOVE TOWARDS CURBING BLACK MONEY more
I do agree. Reintroduction of way bill has defeated the purpose of GST. Can any body explain the difference between VAT and GST? As far as I am concerned. In GST 18% of my turn over I deposit by 20th of next month while in VAT I was just depositing 2% CST and form C after 2 /3 years. My definition of turn over - the total value of Bill. Taxable amount and GST is only for accounts. I have to tell my clients - total 6.00 lacs are due, release at least 4 lacs. Nature of my business - my clients will always keep 3 /4 bills with them. I have strong feeling - GST is to increase the revenue so that Politicians can claim lot many new schemes are being introduced and finally giving to CIB to find out the so called well fare schemes are implemented in TOTO, I repeat in TOTO. As long as we can not generate the people of highest character we will be no where as compared to western world. CBI / CAG is heavy loaded - it explains we are not able to elect the personal of highest caliber. Please remember all elected members should fall in this category, not 1 or 2. Example If Congress has to give example of great people they will go back in history of 1950, BJP 1990 and that to not the whole lot, only one of them. Minor parties - though 30 /40 years old have only one how comes in this category. Say SP, BSP, CPI and some few even do not have even a single one. more
It is for the ease and to remove corrupt practices by Taxpayers & Tax officers. more
I do agree if it works. more
Eway Bill Please see the details on my note on E-way bill. http://blog.casbna.com/2018/01/11/e-way-bill/?i=1 more
Try and you will not find it so difficult. We are already generating it although not yet mandatory more
