Waya to Make it harder to do business

This was shared in the doing business circle. I looked a biy more and got handle on a notice.

It is ridiculous that a DM is asking 8000 companies to register on an app and issuing 50000 rupeee show cause notices if you dont do that.

I need localcircles to escalate this to commerce minister and finance minister.

Just say so and we will shut our units and move back to other countries.

Hoping for interventions. more

Why they are not registering ? What is their objection? It is for social cause and everyone must cooperate. more
What kind of problems you had in getting registered for such a social cause? more
If people do not want to cooperate on a worthy cause, then they can CLOSE DOWN their businesses and even go to another country if they want to, where they will bear their asses to get kicked again and again and consider it a good thing. more
Some times for an Individual it may look ridiculous but for State administration work on some plan. If we abrogate how can they function I feel compliance is better than fighting on every matter more
For your information, Mr Mathur, the rest of the world is far tougher on companies as far as Sexual Harassment laws are concerned. There are equally tough laws on discrimination against people based on sexual orientation and so on. So this looks like just another attempt to use Local Circles to target the Indian Government. Every once in a a while someone will try to blackmail the government into letting them do what ever they want. Having lived abroad for 22 years, I can safely say that there is no country in the world which does not have regulations which companies must follow. The only difference is that in India you can bribe your way out of following regulations, while in most countries you cannot. And I am an SME owner myself. more
