We are facing the same problem in Sushantlok Phase 2. Adjoining plot A 234 is being used by the nearby Jhuggi wallahs as a latrine as well as dumping ground for garbage. Ansal Buildwell has been told many times to tell the allotte to fence the plot to prevent this but no body cares. Ansals are only interested in collecting monthly maintenance charges from residents but taking no action against plot owners who have not take up construction on their plots for the last 15 years after allotments. HUDA needs to intervene. more

MCG has the sole responsibility of maintaining health and hygiene in the city of Gurgaon.Any anomaly in upkeep or unhygienic conditions should be normally reported to MCG and if MCG fails,it should be escalated to the Gurgaon District administration under copy to the Haryana secretariate. We should insist in a note from MCG on the responsibilties it has in the upkeep and maintenance of the city and the various officers who are in charge of various activities in different part of the city.In fact MCG should be requested to install/display boards in every stretch of roads on the contact numbers of officers in charge of Policing, road maintenance, electricity supply as well as reporting on bribery and corruption so that citzens can immediately report problems easily. We can have a meeting with the MCG chief on this matter. more

Sri Chander Dhanda ji, i sympathise 100% with you and all Residents who live in Sushant Lok, Phases 1 & 2. i have a suggestion that requires some unity among a few of the Resident families as it may not get the support or inputs of your RWAs--may be..i am merely speculating.(RWAs are divisive, thus my remark). IF i was living among you i would have taken the case you pose, to the Hon'ble High Court for Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh. We took such an action, against our very powerful neighbours, that is, hundreds of them, who through their RWA and with the help ( i would call it connivance) of the DTCP started to make a road through our plotted area. We sought a stay order and within 2 years had our excellent Advocate (in Chandigarh) fight it all out, and win the case, hands down. The high level officer concerned and the others involved had to seek the Hon'ble Court's forgiveness. The colony promoters and the Govt. authorities in Gurgaon/Panchkula concerned should be taken to Court and made to do what the statute says. Period. 'Babugiri' and whatever it stands for in our land has to be dealt with, regardless of the time and costs. Talking of development, green Gurgaon, and a heavenly future need a proper and a strict whack via the Courts, wherein damages should be sought by one and all, who have invested their life's savings for a fair to good life here. IF we do not wish to contribute "time and funds" & hire a good Advocate, i'm afraid nothing will come to pass in your favour.
