WE ARE WITH YOU TO SAVE THE AFFECTED PASSENGERS :

Hope timely help will be rendered to the affected and the others taken care of. This seems to be another lesson where Railways wait for things to happen then rectify . This should be prevented by such a large and world famous organisation. The Planners should plan well to prevent such and not wait for calamity to happen. Then they are not at all planers .
RAILWAYS ARE YOU PASSING THE BUCK TO THE INSURANCE COMPANIES FOR YOUR SHORT COMINGS?
What then in quick succession so many accidents and Robbery occurring one after another ? who is to take the Responsibility ?
On paper every thing seems to have been done ; increased vigilance from R.P.F. & GRPF. In more than 4,000 trains . What about the 1,119,000 K.M. tracts ? Leave alone sabotage , but track health. Do you want us to abandon rail travel and take up to bullock cart travel for safety .
And passing the buck of accidents due to negligence of Railways to the Insurance companies at our cost . Many had raised the objection of insuring at our cost .

Insurance for life is good , but not at the passengers cost ,but the cost of Railways as it is the bounden duty of the railways to provide safety for all the passengers who repose their faith and travel in trains even at sleepful times.
THIS INSURANCE HAS REALLY SENT A WRONG MESSAGE TO THE RAILWAY OFFICERS WHO ARE TOTALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENT ON THE TRACTS.

PIN UP RESPONSIBILITY , PULL UP THE BABUS, MINISTER SIR ; WE STILL WANT YOU A FORWARD LOOKING AND PASSENGER FRIENDLY MINISTER . more

The Railway is trying to extract money from the public through dynamic fare, increasing cancellation charges and other coheresive measure, which has resulted in unnatural accidents. more
This is an important issue. The travelling ticket may be linked with insurance [ accident/ theft, etc]. On Sun, Aug 20, 2017 at 1:31 PM, Jayakumar Daniel < support@localcirclesmail.com> wrote: > more
The mammoth Indian Railway is our colonial legacy. We are still dwelling on that. The Railway's act is also outdated. Bureaucratic and Technical structure is also outdated. Complete administrative structure needs complete overhaul. Competent engineering staff to be employed. Railway's R&D to be overhauled. These are the few steps to be immediately initiated. It is running on its own inertia. There is no application of external force due to sluggish administrative structure. more
shortages of man power also lead to for the accidents and robberies in the railway more
Government insuring lives of passengers at passenger's cost is preposterous. Responsibility for safe travel is with the Railways. To avoid chain pulling and unauthorised entry/exit from the bogies, the doors should be locked centrally by the guard/driver when the train is moving. Even the robbers cannot get in and if in cannot get out. Central locking is the norm in all trains overseas. more
