WE CAN'T BLAME THE PEOPLE ALONE, OTHERS HAVE FAILED IN THE RESPONSIBILITY TO IMPLEMENT :

THE OFT REPEATED NORMS IN THE PREVENTION OF THE DEADLY PANDEMIC :
The Government and administration have no doubt sent Circulars and valuable instructions in the press and social media. Also unwanted interruption while making calls. All these norms and Instructions were painstakingly formulated by Medical specialist from India and World over.
All that have gone waste.

THE RESPONSIBILITY IN THESE GRAVE SITUATIONS DOESN'T STOP THERE, BUT ALSO ENSURE THAT THESE WELL FORMED NORMS BE IMPLEMENTED. AND ALSO MONITORED FROM TIME TO TIME TO ENSURE THAT THE GRAVE SITUATION DOESN’T ARISE.

Look what our power crazy Political leaders have done, to serve their own interest they used the public as scape goats and sacrificed in the name of Electioneering and Election Rally.

The court had questioned " LIKE A BROKEN RECORD IN ALMOST EVERY ORDER PASSED ON AN ELECTION RELATED CASE , STRESSING THE NEED TO FOLLOW THE NORMS."

LET OUR POLITICAL LEADERS RULING OR OPPOSITION DIVERT A PERCENTAGE OF THEIR THOUGHT AND ENERGY TOWARDS THE HEALTH and WELFARE OF THE PEOPLE AND THE NATION AT LARGE . - Jai Hind. more

Mr.CSN Sharma...How can the government enforce masking and social distancing. If they are penalised, then the opposition will cry hoarse that during this pandemic one cannot burden the people with fines. If lathis are used on the people who do not wear masks then the people will cry police brutality. India is too democratic and that is the main problem more
Some National, Regional Parties already Criticising GOI for INCREASE OF COVID , VACCINE AND OXYGEN.
As long as Democracy Exists, OPPOSITION SO CRIES EVEN FOR THE PROVEN FAULT OF CERTAIN CLASS OF PEOPLE .
This is Why Article 12 Clearly Separated GOVERNMENTS and Legislatures, Parliament.
GOVT I e., GOVT OF INDIA MUST BE ALL AUTHORITATIVE, POWERFUL IN CARRYING DUTIES OF Constitution , IPC , and Other Laws and Order in Civic Society. more
It is the people who should be blamed and not the Government. If people do not follow the basic guidelines like wearing masks and maintain social distancing, not going out unnecessarily and spread the Virus what can the Government do? more
Govts must enforce Strictly Masking and Distancing. more
Even for an individual safety if a police is needed to see the person as he walks out wears a mask, we should have only police force for this 138 crores population. The government at the centre doing their best, however each CM of state functions as the king of the state and not bound to toe the guideline and directive from centre. If any goes wrong totally blame the centre. Collectively we as indian- individual has to change. Till then however good the PM and his team, impossible to rectify more
Mr.Daniel. India is a democratic country. And democracy has become a bane for India. Here every step taken by the Government is watched closely. If it were to be a Saudi or even Pakistan strict action would have been taken. But not in India more
Totally disagree with CSN Sharma. The Government has done all that is possible by them. They have cautioned the people every day. They have issued guidelines and expected the people to follow which they did not. They have given free vaccines, arranged for beds, Oxygen Ventilators etc. If the case were in 100s or thousands the government could have managed it easily. But when it runs into lakhs no one in this world could do anything. Even in a maost developed country like USA the deaths were alarming more
Many States disregarded Enforcement of Mask, Distancing. Judiciary and Jurisprudence know that Govts have full Responsibility to Enforce MASK, DISTANCING that Saves Money, Health and Souls even. more
