WE NEED A WELL DESERVED BREAK FROM VEHEMENT DISAGREEMENT :

Everyone is anxious and likes to contribute something to boost the confidence of citizens on one side and also suggest ways and means to the authorities .
THIS IS A NEW EXPERIENCE CHALLENGE NOT ONLY FOR THE PUBLIC BUT ALSO TO THE LEARNED TRAINED AUTHORITIES. THE HEALTHWORKERS ARE GIVING THEIR ALL AS THIS IS THE PUBLIC HEALTH CONCERN. THE SAME IS EXPECTED FROM THE ADMINISTRATORS AND AUTHORITIES WHO ARE ABOVE THEM .

Press and Media report certain matters that is being documented and commented here by interested responsible circle members. It is all to improve the current working pattern to the demands of the situational needs.

This attahment advises to breath in through the nostrils and breath out through the mouth .
THIS SCHEDULE IS PARTICULARLY WHEN WE ARE SOCIALLY FAR ENOUGH AND NOT WEARING A MASK . MAY BE ON THE TERRACE AND OTHER SUCH PLACES WHERE SOCIAL DISTANCING IS MAINTAINED. It is important that we do this to drive forcefully the Virus from the Alveolii. On a day to day basis the virus load is cleared to avoid getting sick.

This will prevent any virus getting lodged in the throat and going down to the lungs . Keep the other norms in mind always too, Mask , Hand wash. Maintain good diet and immune boosting foods. more

Thanks to Mr Daniel for clearing my doubt about the use of mask. His post has encourage me to avoid mask while having morning walk in the park with 4-5 people in it at a time. more
Sir hope not 4/5 people walking together without mask .
I heard Dr. Guleria ,Director ,AIMS,Delhi, while answering a question on wearing mask and doing work out . ( Saturdays 9.30 NDTV )
Q: wearing mask & doing work out will it not reduce oxygen intake as we are likely to inhale the same air ?
A: Mask will not come in the way of oxygen intake . But maintaining the distance is most important .
So in a crowded place it is necessary to wear mask . If it is your terrace or a secluded corner in park .
Generally the protocol forsafe distance with masks is 2 meters .
I do my 3xercise in the terrace without mask as we are just 3. See that we maintain the distance . We dont socialize but do our business . Say
hi bye only . more
Mr. R.M.Nair , with due respect to you on age ( 2 /3 years older than me) , we look forward from you some constructive posts that will help the members and the circle and not block any enthusiastic participation by being a WET BLANKET . I still have regard after seing the profile as an seemingly expert consultant giving guidance to people like me who are looking up to you on a high pedestal. This doesnt give any guidance or even encouragement. ONE CAN'T LIVE AS A CONSULTANT ; THE DUE RESPONSIBILITY IS ALSO TO ENCOURAGE AND DEVELOPE PEOPLE . THAT IS THE PRINCIPLE OF MANAGEMENT IN GENERAL . Please don't disappoint us with such comments . We have to age Gracefully - ADD LIFE TO YEARS . more
Mr.Jayakumar Daniel, please stick to the subject than my age,or physical condition,or my profession. When some unknown sources place a comment or post one should verify the origin and then comment or forward it.This platform is for expressing one's opinion anything under the sun.As far aging "Gracefully" I am more than satisfied with my progress so far. A consultant is one who borrow your watch, and advise you the time and walk away with the watch. After official retirement at the age of 70, I was advised by my ex employer to continue share my knowledge, reasons for my success and failures to the next generation. They named it as "consultant" though I do not accept any rewards or compensation. May be your "management principle" is different than mine. I started working from the age of 19 and educated my only child to her desire, put food on the table, and now I can live with "दो वक़्त की रोटी और एक वक़्त की दारू" till the judgement day. "Encouraging and developing" people is not my business.I am just a technician and I care for people of my trade. more
In case Mr Nair's question can be answered, it will be a very practical and useful exercise specially for the aged going out for early morning walk in park etc. more
Kindly read this also sir in the post ,
"THIS SCHEDULE IS PARTICULARLY WHEN WE ARE SOCIALLY FAR ENOUGH AND NOT WEARING A MASK .
MAY BE ON THE TERRACE AND OTHER SUCH PLACES WHERE SOCIAL DISTANCE etc. more
Any scientific, logical, "tested and approved" by any authority? Who is Bron Smith? Is he authorised to recommend this practice to the public? (please read the small print after the advise, with this statement he has washed off his hands. But by copying and pasting it you become the promoter of a "possibly" dangerous practice. more
