Yes It is true , unless mindset of people of India change, we can not achieve the goal of Swatch Bharat. Either it can be achieved through strict laws having provision of severe punishment or change of mindset of entire community that it is our prime & moral duty to keep entire city as well as entire country neat & clean.People use to throw dirt , papers , eatable items on the road. Even doing urination on public places, spitting after eating Pan. All these nuisance should be stopped by any means. Safai Karamcharis who are taking salary, are not very regular or sincere in cleaning of their nominated areas. more
