Instead of using medicines to loose weight, please follow the following steps:
1. Drink as much water 15-20 glass per day.
2. Morning and evening exercise, at least 45 minutes each.
3. Make use of maximum vegetables in your daily food intake.
4. Take lot of cucumber prior to your main meals.
5. Stop using potatoes, rice, sugar, soft drinks, junk foods, oily substances, non veg. etc.
You will definitely start loosing weight 5-10 kg per month.
