Well transparency is not a thing of system and process only but also implementation, which is more of intentions and commitment. Once I heard somebody saying that in India people are so independent that anyone can kill anyone and can still be independent to roam around freely. This is absolutely anti society and civilizations. Hence deterrent is must. The people found guilty (with the technology this is quite possible today) of such heinous crimes should be punished very strongly and the message of the same should be sent more strongly so that the impact of the punishment goes as deterrent....... more

I have two views on Rape specially , 1. There should be fast track court and the RAPIST should be hanged within 15 days max, 2. Every body who does RAPE , should be treated as ADULT, because one who does this crime as per me is CRIMINAL OR RAPIST. more
