WHAT ARE THE FUNCTIONS OF FSSAI ONLY ISSUING CERTIFYING PRODUCTS ? OR ANY BEYOND? :
OR ENSURING SAFE FOOD FROM MANUFACTURERS :
2015 lab analysis done on maggie and the concerned products withdrawn form shelves . Now made available back without fall or dip in sales .
Now there are questions from the consumers :
* HOW DID THE PRODUCT COME INTO THE MARKET IN 2015 FOR THE GULLIBLE END CONSUMER ?
* DID IT HAVE THE FSSAI STAMP CERTIFYING ?
If it has the genuinely certified abel , either the FSSAI should be Questioned or the certification label considered fake .
THE CONSUMER FORUM SHOULD INVESTIGATE AND TAKE ACTION ON WHO EVER IS ERRANT .
IF FSSAI HASN'T CERTIFIED THE PRODUCT WITH LAB TEST BEFORE ENTERING THE MARKET , LO UNTO US THE CONSUMERS OF FOOD ITEMS IN INDIA. WE WILL LOSE FAITH WITH THE AGENCY AND WILL HAVE TO GO TO SOME OTHER FOR SOLACE .
LIKE TO CLARIFY ONE IMPORTANT MATTER . IS THE DUTY OF FSSAI ONLY TO CERTIFY WITH WHAT THE MANUFACTURER PRESENTS WITHOUT TESTING EVERY BATCH ?
If so I loose all faith on the agency and avoid buying packed , pre prepared products and go for fresh ones in our Great country and say - JAI HIND .. more

FASSAI should not act as a Test House but a total Food Regulator. Inspect all manufacturing units randomly and fix standard for all consumables. Any manufacturer/retailer found violating the rules/laws, should be penalized at the earliest like USFDA. In India, the Regulators/ Health Deptt. officials are found napping due to corruption and non-accountability. If quick action is taken against the officials under whose jurisdiction any mal practice has been found, many ills will disappear within months. For doing so, the service rules and judicial system need to be changed to make every wing of administration accountable and answerable. more

TRAI words-statements-circulars-DISH TV is not accepting.No changes for this month in tariff.They do not accept for half month recharge ,for whom if recharge is middle of month. This is state of democracy here. Every one -BUSINESS HOUSES WANTS-The Legacy of previous governments only-so that they can have great grand living abroad with people money. That is how the institutions are also working such as the above one. more
