What do you think for online running status of Trains ?? Please put their view ............

I was in Kanpur Central at 6th June and waiting for catch a train Howrah to New Delhi Express for New Delhi . before coming out from my home I thought that i should try online status of train then it was reflecting its 1 hour late at 8.30 am so i thought i should come out 1 hour late from my home . SO i reached at station at 10.30 am, as train expected time was 11.20 am as per online status .but train came there 2.45 pm . I was getting angry on railway .This is 21st century . this is only example ...

Its happened regularly with passengers .....so i decided to put this point on social media for railway .

Railways must be accountable for its web sites. Passengers should get the option to sue the Indrail for lack of information or for providing incomplete or wrong information. Why the Ministry is spending huge amounts on maintaining its sites and on handling calls at 139 if it is to impart unwanted half information to its clients. more

@Bhaskar Ji .. did you hand over any documents for train track ?? why the train are taking to much time cross junctions like Ghaziabad etc ...its should be in minutes ....apart from bullet train we should focus to repair those track which are taking too much time . i am observing 4-5 km distance they usualy take 30 min to 1 hour . more

Few months back I was at Allahabad Railway Station waiting for Howrah-Kalka Mail for travel from Allahabd to Chandigarh. It was shown as Right Time, arrival time around 10.30 am. After every about 20 minutes they would announe that the train will arrive within next 15 minutes. Ultimately the train arrived late by about 3 hours - but every 20 minutes the announcement will be there "TRAIN WILL ARRIVE IN NEXT 15 MINUTES". What is this ?? Don't they know the distance the train is away & can't they calculate the time it may take to reach ??? 15 minutes late - what I understand - the train may be 8-10-12 Kms. away !!!! more
