Information to be submitted in Form INC-22A (Active)
In INC22A, the company is required to submit the following information:
Name of the Company and CIN
Registered Address of the Company
Two Photograph of the registered office of the company. The first photo of the registered office shall be taken from outside of the premises, whereas the second photo needs to be taken from within the registered office premises showing at least one director / KMP who shall be signing the e-form INC-22A.

Directors, DIN, and Status of DIN
Statutory Auditor (PAN, Firm number, Period of Appointment etc)

Big Problem for ALL Benami Companies, not an issue for any genuine business. Kudos to Govt for taking legitimate action. more

Only photo of RO is to be attached. Major problem is period of auditor which is auto filled. In many cases ADT 1 was filed as an attachment to GNL form and not reflecting the period. In many other cases, though auditor appointed for 5 years, yet period selected, say for one year, (in relevant columns correctly mentioned 5 years) the MCA system did accept the same SRN till 2017-18 and accepting same SRN, but due to their system fault now period is not reflecting correctly. Period of auditor appointment should be taken, to avoid all this, should be taken from MGT 7 not ADT1. If Period of auditor appointment is not upto 31.03.2019 or more then ACTIVE form can not be filed. more

Most of the requirements are basic in nature. The photographs, location etc. can be easily managed with a smart phone. Nothing to crib. more

And I think you don't have to do it everyday, ok. It is not a big deal. Why are we so worked up? Govt. has to take such steps to eliminate fake companies. We indians are very intelligent and fidn a way to cheat. so govt. has to find ways to stop it. For startups, many fake startups took advantage of liberal policies and huge money laundering happened. more

it is only to filter good CINs and any govt schemes not being miss used. The list is after investigating govt would have found these are the loop holes these money makers malpractice, miss use a system . So let us cooperate to the govt so that Indian Data base is genuine. more
