What happens if u put a piece of ice on this point on the back of the neck?
A piece of ice on this point will do miracles in the body of a human being. The ice helps in making u relax n if u don't sleep well, it gives u a deep sleep. It helps in activating the cells in our bodies as well as digestive system n liver.Scientific research has proven, putting a piece of ice on this point on the back of the neck, cures the pain of our necks. It helps in activating neural cells in the brain n in the spine, which will make way for the blood to reach to the brain in an organized way. This helps in removing all the health problems ur body is having n u'll find urself healthy, cheerful n full of energy. Put a piece of ice on the back of ur neck n cover it with a piece of cloth. Leave it for 20mins n repeat it for two days before u sleep. more

I have read this somewhere else too. I tried it one day when I had a splitting headache, must say it worked wonders. But 20 minutes is too long for the skin to tolerate ice. more
