WHAT IS HAPPENNING TO THE POLYTECHNIC COMMON TEST PARTICIPANTS ?

The attached picture depicts what had happened in Visakapatnam on Sunday .
* The aspiring and tense students aspiring to attend the tests would never ever would have known the number comming for the test .
* They have just followed the call / invitation to appear for the Polytechnic Common Entrance Test . - At least they have all come with a Mask and wearing it properly .

BUT THE ADMINISTRATION KNOWS THE NUMBER APPEARING AS IT IS BASED ON THEIR CALL THAT THE ASPIRANTS HAVE COME .

SHOULD THEY NOT HAVE MADE PROPER ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE EXPECTED NUMBER WITH MORE PLACE TO GATHER AND MAINTAIN THE SOCIAL DISTANCE .

Particularly A.P. has been reportng around 10,000 Cases for the past 10 days and slowly getting settled down to 7,000 Cases now.

There should be atleast some planning at such events . Induct more staff , Volunteers. more

My personal view is heads of such institutions which conduct entrance/recruitment examinations where large numbers of students/candidates are expected should be held responsible for this type of mismanagement by way of imposing hefty personal fines. Fact is whenever such examinations are held, the institution organising it earns colossal amount of money in guise of examination fees as well as by ways of prospectus sales. Only a fraction of this is spent on organising these tests, rest goes into the coffers of the individual organization. more
The institution/organization conducting these tests need to either increase the testing centres or conduct the tests on multiple days with different sets of question papers. This is basic and simple logic. more
Enterance tests are conducted and and dates are announced and not chosen by the ones who go to write the exams . They have done their duty of coming with masks . How to guarantee social Distancing ? more
As any government public health official will tell you, stay at home. Maintain social distance at home if possible. In crowded chawla, there is no physical space available. Bathrooms and toilets are shared. But you are young. COVID 19 likes old males and young children more
Sir , the ones going to work are young , they are going to earn their bread which was scarce these 5/6 months .
But appreciate them wearing the mask to protect themselves 9thereby protect the members in their house holds and the other co passengers .\

If these have to stay at home who is going to feed their families . more
Look at this attachment that has gone viral. Every one is wearing the mask. They are law abiding. They need guidance , assistance also on the safe distancing. Each and every one we see in the compartment is returning to work so that he / she can work and take some money home for he Family. WHEN FORMULATING CONDITIONS, LAW, THE LEVEL OF UNDERSTANDING, THE MINDSET OF THE WORKERS SHOULD ALSO BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION AND ACCORDINGLY THE IMPLEMENTATIONS BE PLANNED. Otherwise it will be very difficult to beat the Pandemic. Each one cant blame the other . Each one do his/her duty. IT IS NOT LATE YET TO BEAT "COVID 19 ONSLOUGHT" HANDS DOWN - Jai Hind more
Look at what is happening on 23rd Sept. We do see the public wearng masks showing interest not to get infected and not infect others . But where is the space provided to maintain the distance . When the workers are jostling to reach the work spot to earn buck or 2 after a long gap, they are doing their best . The administrators should give a thought on providing space for the public maintain the required distance . more

Absolute carelessness, from both the authorities and citizens. The center gives guidelines, the state government gives guidelines, the authorities give guidelines with a "will penalize...", but there is no one is willing to implement the guidelines and control the crowds.
Those who are sensible will avoid the crowds. more
