If this condition is not addressed mandating in Law and enforced by Rule, SEXUAL OFFENCES CANNOT BE controlled.
B.Some may not be able to Marry OR GET Married due to reasons beyond their control which NO GOVT. CAN ADDRESS and hence Prostitution is to be allowed under specific Section of an Act.
-SEXUAL HARASSMENT BECAME issue of Worldwide importance and the practice of Sex followed by Countries outside India including the issue of Eased Marriage and easy DIVORCE increased the concept of CONSENT and CONNIVANCE in general and is the very root cause of diluted status of SEX that provokes sexual harassment and Abuse. There is no point in allowing and facing its adverse effect for ever in the living society.
C.NOBLE Prize set for those fighting against Sexual Harassment is the issue to be thought / to be analyzed while Legalizing and decriminalizing Consent and Connivance which are only root cause of INCREASING SEXUAL HARASSMENT that mostly convert the Society towards Eased Status to Liberalized Sex that tenders Licensing of Prostitution as a permanent remedy to curtail Harassment/Abuse/Molestation and many other offences and crimes as have been observed .
i.Safe and wise Society tenders overcoming from individual desires/options/policies.
ii. It is easy to spoil/ ruin an institution/ Society. But highly hard-enough to alter and make it perfectly lead/operated.
iii. Convincing attitude, Reasonable aptitude, Full-fledged Responsibility with Constructive performance place the Institution/ Society in a better Status .
