What is this Swadeshi Jagran Manch

There is some Swadeshi Manch that is opposing Walmart-Flipkart acquisition. Does anyone know whats their logic behind opposing it. Indians startups have never had exits and thats why the global funds have underperformed in India and many are reluctant.

How is it that the Indian business will be hut with Walmart purchase of Flipkart? How is it backdoor entry as this manch calls it? more
