Some months ago I had submitted a similar suggestion as Mr Kapil Rao has done. Not having seen any reaction I assumed that even LC is not free from bureaucratic systems. more
Imposing full lockdown is much simpler than partial lockdown. Challenge is how to open so that gains acured is not lost. Brainstorming is required to finalize same. Let's initiate our ideas in the circle to have a better approach in overall interest of everyone: All markets to open alternate days or 3 days a week Odd even movement of all personal vehicles Night curfew Timings of markets can be curtailed Public places of entertainment to continue lockdown Offices to have limited attendance Educational institutions to remain closed Another big challenge is to be ready for 3 wave. Administrators now have sufficient data and experience to handle and clearly nows what all we need. Hence urgent need of experts in various organisation to list down time bound action plan which needs highest level of monitoring to avoid failure as 3rd time Govt should not fail to provide medical support. more
Delhi Govt is taking blind decisions of lockdown on basis of Traders who have been blackmarketing all Covid medicines openly , medical equipments, Oxygen cylinders , now after tightness they are twisting arm of govt to open lockdown. CM of Delhi must understand the game plan of traders who were blackmarketing thru any style , already police has catch hold of some. more
Continuous lock down for about one-and-a half months is most unfortunate and un-called for. In 1st 4 weeks, over 800,000 workers have left Delhi. Joblessness, no business, no income. As per newspaper report. Hunger pandemic will kill more people than Covid pandemic. Most insensitive decision. more
If not all at least those who have taken both the shots may be allowed to go ahead with their work. For this the govt. may issue an e-pass based on the vaccination of the individual concerned. However, in no way the basics like wearing mask, social distancing, etc., should be allowed to escalate. more
