Whats going on with airlines

2-3 spicejet incidents, go first incident then now Raipur Indor indigo flight and then vistara flight engine fails after landing in Delhi.

Hope its not a set up as jhunjhunwala launches his airline. Is the DGCA active in auditing these airlines regularly ?? more
