Such Sincere and dedicated Officers were used to be transferred to either remote or , unimportant portfolios . Even in 2012 and 13 , some such were taken place . It is the good-faith of these TWO LADIES , this officer could succeed and such is of only God's grace . Many such treacherous issues have been still pending in Many Courts . This is why , many times I had reiterated that POLICING SHALL BE MADE INDEPENDENT and centralized like our Indian Military to provide the prompt governance even from now forever . more
