WHERE IS 'GOOD GOVERNANCE & STRICT COMPLIANCE' IN DELHI NCR ???

Just look around...where is DDA/MCD/PWD/DP etc. and our elected representatives MP/MLA/Councilor etc. of divided DWARKA ?
If these institutions & our so called public representatives do not see the rampant unauthorized/illegal constructions/ occupation/ squatters on public land/ roads/footpath and blatant theft & wastage of Power/water etc...who will ensure quality living conditions for 'Honest Tax-payers/citizen' in National Capital ??
Every "Honest Indian" can not get-up in the morning and start walking towards President/PM/CM's House for redressal of all ills developing in India...Let's first start from our institutions & leaders in modern sub-city of Dwarka in Capital City...any Taker??? more

Until Delhi was a union territory it was better, now a polluted mess. Political fights with centre having opposing government and conflict of interest does not help. more  
Well, We understand our responsibilities as citizen of Delhi (India), but to make these Public Service Departments to perform, we need to "wake-up" our "Elected Representatives". My contention was to engage our so called "Elected Representatives" and ask pertinent questions regarding - How & What they are doing to improve the living conditions in his/her constituency. Let these people realize and become accountable to public....any taker? more

Well, in every other working Democracies, its the "Prime Job/ Duties/Responsibility" of elected representative (MP/ MLA/ Councilor) to ensure these Public Service Departments work & deliver .... in India Who Cares? more
