9. Many old municipality projects are either not commissioned or not put to use
10. Projects such as new fancy toilets are being envisaged at huge cost instead of providing basic good toilets
11. People are still urinating/defecating in open
12. People in rural areas, due to scarcity of water and lack of sewer system, do not use the toilets made in the house or public toilets. They still prefer to defecate in open only
13. Dog owners are still not aware enough about cleaning their dog’s poop the roads

15. Most civic bodies are still working on paper and ineffective at utilizing technology

Concerning solid waste management, the main problem is that municipalities are only interested in getting the garbage out of sight. What happens to it once it is dumped on the outskirts of the city is of no concern. Citizens must push for the application of the three 'R's - Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. more

We are very weak in base itself.The main contribution has to come from the younger generation.SBM have to keep some educational classes at the school level for kids.First we have to educate them about our country's history and tell how our country is better than any other in this world. more

Contribution of every one should be rewarded and students must get marks for voluntarily services under SBM and Voluntarily Services should be the part of main course. Presently it is optional i.e. NCC, NSS etc. more
