While government has to do many things, it is the public who should also participate and engage with the government. Let us ask a question what have we done in this subject. how have I participated, and have contributed. We dont deserve anything better than what we can give. Even if 25% people can participate in giving, the world wil lbe substantially different. I request that let us all participate, in the area of our interest to make things happen. more

CSR rules state that an annual review is conducted and the corporate has to bring out an annual report which includes how money was spent, results of initiatives in place and future planned initiatives. This review is sent to several Govt Departments and audits are conducted. I am not aware if there is any central review published. more

There is no visibility on CSRs. If you have can you share where there is a centralized view of which corporate is doing what CSR ? more

What do you want us to give? Time? Ideas? There are millions of NGOs, societies for various groups and causes, all working towards helping. CSR binds every company to spend a set amount towards social work. An individual has no power, but many give their time to good causes. more
