While travelling I have noticed Lady travelers facing difficulties with regard to on board toilets.. not clean etc. I request the railway ministry to consider having at least 1 toilet in every coach only for lady travelers. more

Let us not segregate the toilets. Then it will go on to the 3rd gender, and elders , V.I.P.'s and so on. Toilets are for the comfort of the travelling passengers . Here all ar in the same plane to relieve themselves .So don't encourage any privileges. But see to it Minister sir that right staff are pinned down to the responsinbility 1. To keep the toilet clean 2. See all the faaucets pipes work well and don't leak right through after the tank is filled. Most cases the toilets stink because the pipes don't work . When pressed water doesn't go to to the target area but elsewhere. Why won't the toilets stink. First check up the connection, pipes. 3. A REPORTING SYSTEM ON A 24 HOUR BASIS SHOULD BE CREATED TO THE PASSENGERS SO THAT THEIR HARDSHIPS ARE REDRESSED . AS OF NOW THE STAFF IN THE COMPARTMENT SAY THEY ARE HELPLESS . CONSUMER DOES NOT PAY THROUGH HIS NOSE TO HEAR THIS. TRAVELLING PASSENGER HAS THE RIGHT TO A CLEAN TOILET. IF IT IS NOT WORKING HE HAS TJE RIGHT COMPLAIN AND GET IT RECTIFIED . more
