Who is a real farmer?
I have worked as a doctor in rural colonies of in and around Delhi and NCR
People do own minimum 2 acres of land and they never till the land for agricultural purposes
Lots of sips like reservations are already enjoyed by this class for generations
Now extra sops are offered in the budget yesterday!
I was working on such lands because of show off being made by owners of'owning' a PHC also !
I never asked for salary and wasn't offered any for driving to work at 8 am, holding my bag full of medicines for distribution to migrants for free.
I am not scared of might of laathi of collective forces, each force , connected with others, through police or through judiciary.

The squatter on government land getting work done by hired migrants available in plenty in and around Delhi and NCR?
Lal dora land used to be rich agricultural land in Delhi, gifted by British to selected few ,to till the land and to look after their cattle and to grow vegetables
This was about 100 years ago
Little dots in red colour were put on the map of Delhi, hundred years ago
Name Lal dora is to signify those dotted areas of fertile land as precious gifts from British
Corporation rules are not applicable, acceding to the deal made,hundred years ago
Within past 30 years plus, there's immense growth of vertical structures as residential units on Lal dora land which kept splitting up as the generations grew
For certain communities in Delhi, land is be all
They aren't farmers and they send their kids abroad for higher studies or get government jobs through reservations
Besides jobs ,these mighty landowners enjoy free electricity and other benefits for being farmers on paper
Migrants, the real hard working lot who are relocated from native places ,keep hopping from one field to another, if at all ,any place is left to grow crops
Or migrants are forced to take up any jobs in the factotories in the unorganized sector
Poor remain poor and illiterate ,despite free education and health care provided by the government through vans in every Lal dora land which totals to 2000 plus in Delhi
Maybe things are better in other states ??
Do give sympathy to the poor person who is tilling the land ,despite having No Do Bigha Zameen for him
We can offer only sympathies
Real butter and puddings are lapped up by the farmers on paper
Carry on government
Give freebies to the mighty
We are waiting for the government who doesn't compete with opposition parties during the war of distribution of freebies
Middle class is forced to pay taxes,direct and indirect
Higher classes and lower classes are happy with status quo
It does hurt, when the money earned through efforts of middle class is used to buy votes at the cost of ruining the soul of gen today and gen next. more

Excellent sum up ,the feeling of taxpayers and middle class with out reservation is pointed .The land owners who show the land and gets benefit of ‘ Farmers’ is to be checked as doles are not needed by them .The pinch is felt by the honest taxpayers . more

Land Reforms could not curb malpractices. Land Ceiling Acts purposefully ignored controls on Additional Land Purchases AND thus paved paths for ever continued mischief DECEIVING GENERAL PUBLIC AND POOR. This ruined the Purpose, Objective, Concept of these Laws. Purposefully Political Governments did not mandate mutation/correction in Record of Rights when a Sale of Land is Registered. This is WHY THERE IS NEVER-ENDING FIGHT BY COMMUNISTS, MAOISTS AND NAXALS. Resurvey and Settlement of Lands IS A MUST at Public interest as well as National interest. In many cases Lands purchased have been continuously kept on holding GPA with vested muscle power. In addition, Governments purposefully removed Land Tax just to mis manage CROP, IT'S, YIELD QUANTITY and is just to mis carry Crop Benefits from SUBSIDIZED FERTILIZER, PESTICIDES, in addition addition to the Crop Loans, low interest, Loan Waivers AND OTHER RELIEFS. Thus, the real Farmers, real Land holders of low Extent, POOR AWAITING FULL BENEFITS OF LAND REFORMS LAWS, have been continuously Cheated opting Political Vote Bank Thirst under the Rule allowed by Judiciary WHILE THE GOVERNMENT EXCHEQUER EVER SET for Mis carry, misuse, and LOOT. This is the Pitiful status of Justified Rule of Indian Constitution. Correction require only the MARSHALL LAW. more
