I do agreed to "MAHATMA or DEV" Mr.Darshan Singh But Why this SCHEDULE CASTE Word was Introduced in Indian Constitution If Father of Constitution like Mr.Mr.GANDHI & Mr.B.R,Ambedakar were Idiots or BLOODY FOOLS of Indian then Why Still Bloody Fool Indians are Following our CONSTITUTION & DEMOCRACY and Wish to have EQUAL RIGHTS for All in INDIA. ABOLISH Constitution of Bloody INDIA and Democracy Also. Make New STANDARDS OF CONSTITUTIONS AND PRINCIPLES OF DEMOCRACY. FIND OUT who are the REAL Thieves & CRIMINALS of INDIA both MEN & WOMEN. I agree with Mr.Darshan Singh post .There is no other country than India where there is a cancerous disease of Reservation.General class is being exploited in the name of reservation.Abolish surname from every caste and give help only to those who are really weak.A day is not far away when this disease will be incurable . more

Reservation to S.C. & S.T. alongwith AngloIndians for 50 years set in the Constitution might be correct in consideration . They added S.C. & S.T. in other articles while there was specific provision for encouragement and safeguarding the Scheduled Areas . Challenging the considerations of Sri V.P.Singh , the Ex Prime Minister and the Supreme Court direction and , the report of Expert Committee by Justice Sri Ram Nandan , extending the Caste based reservations etc., is not not at all tenable and not the justice in fact . The implementation of Justice Ram Nandan Committee Report replacing the whole Castes with the Classes , the whole issue could have been rectified as Justified enforcement as per the Constitution . As every body well know , Economy Class nullifies all the names of Castes and Religious etc., etc., while address the whole citizen those are really poor and poorest of poor irrespective of whether he is of one cast or the other cast or the other religion . I think this is the good and honourable method of rule please . more

ARAKSHAN means SELF DEFENSE of INDIA When People were running out of Country during British time after Getting British Education like Mr.JAWAHAR LAL & Mr. B.R AMBEDAKAR & Mr,M.K.Gandhi and other People then they Decided to add this reservation Clause in our Constitution as make INDIA SAFE by their own Country Men also by Lifting them to the main Politics was to Hand Over INDIA to those they want to Stay in INDIA. But now Still Immigration of our INDIANS are Still Continuing by the help of CONGRESS so they have to give reservation to the Actual INDIAN those are moving less to other Countries..
