Who will bell the CAT ?
Fault in fixing price gave oil companies Rs 50,513 crore gain during 2007-12, CAG says. An undue benefit to private refiners (Reliance Industries Limited and Essar Oil Limited) was estimated at Rs 667 crore on high speed diesel alone in one year (2011-12)
CAG is likely to come across similar pricing/ costing issues in case of DISCOMs also. That is why Discoms are not providing data to CAG.

Discom's opposed audit tooth & nail. Now they doing the same to frustrate its outcome. The govt & the relevant authorities seem to be in a state of paralysis! The conclusions are obvious. more

You are very much right dear Agrawal ji,Im also with such.If you rember Mr.kejriwal had shown few documents related to corruption of previous Govt.in delhi. Where are those documents gone to? He made charges of corruption to Mr.Gadkari then why he is not tabling those documents as a proof in parliament through his MP's. Agar wo sub sach hai tou ab kejriwal saab ko kya ho gaya hai? Aapnni chavi kharab karney ke baad ab kejriwal saab la-pata hai.Election will be declared very soon in Delhi.It is now suggested him to focus on ensuing elections and try to WIN seats as maximum as possible. more

Instead of talking about AK or other leaders, we should talk about the issues which our leaders need to tackle in the interest of the larger community without any vested interest. Owners of such companies must be compelled to draw a line between profit making and looting the nation. Why present Govt is afraid of serving notice for cancellation of their licences, if they fail to provide necessary data to the CAG ? more
