Some People, Politicians stage Loud Slogans and Cry bitterly on Some Murders, Killings, Rapes, Other Crimes, Fiscal Frauds, Black Money, Misuse etc. WHY THEY DONT STOP AND BAN ' CONVICTS AND CRIMINALS ' from Contesting as a Member of Parliament / Legislatures / Local Bodies WHICH WILL REMAIN ONLY Sincere, Dedicated, Responsible, Accountable Patriots to Serve CONSTITUTIONALLY MANDATED RULE.
I had urged separately the CEC, EC, CBI, CID, Central and State ACB and H'BLE President on 2nd August 2013. Under Secretary of President 's Office, later Secretary of a Dept relied me stating that my urge since pertain to various Depts, being forwarded to them.
H'BLE President in his Independence day Message of 15th August 2013 covered the Issues and cautioned Leaders and People too.

Even now E.C. and Judiciary to curb induction of Convicts into Parliament and Legislatures. Many Fiscal Fraudsters have been escaping under several pretexts , loopholes, inadequate prosecution and, the Benefit of Doubt WHILE THE ACCUSED NEVER SPEAKING TRUTH and the Courts are restricting LIE DETECTORS. Nation and Citizens are thus cornered by this UNJUSTIFIED SYSTEM concealing the Truth. more

Sarva Sri Gulam Nabi Azad, Chitambaram, Iyer if in the place of Gandhiji, Nehru, Patel they would have givenup JK to PAK and saved Thousands of Souls of public, Thousands of Souls of Soldiers. Why did not they realize decades back itself to save at least some Souls ? Is it their Human Morale ? Had they and predecessors willfully continued the torture in JK till now ? Had they forgotten that India is a Hindu continent which absorbed many Religions ? How can they discriminate JK as Muslim State alleging Religiously ? JNTU Hyderabad sheltered 903 Bogus Professors, Asst. Professors out which 388 are in Pay Role of 2/3 Colleges and now suspended. The issue of balance 513 still to be decided. In May , Tamilnadu identified 50 Fake Certificate holders in Professor Category. Hospitals, Doctors getting targeted by Public. Skills deteriorating . Inefficiency, under employment suiting Problems in Many Sectors . Above 7 thousand Fake Certificate holders identified in Law Graduation. ALL SUCH ILL MANAGEMENT IS ONLY BECAUSE OF SHARING OF RULE BY HIGHLY EMPOWERED CONVICTS AND THOSE HAVING CRIMINAL RECORD.
