Why are curfew laws being relaxed for Ramzan

Pictures from Juhapura and Kalupur areas of Ahmedabad show busy streets earlier today, ahead of start of Ramzan.

This is just not acceptable. People may not realise and get carried away with festivals, how can the administrators permit this to happen??

Are there other cities Nd towns where this is happening. Please share pictures everyone.

Remember any one does it, the risk of covid19 for all of us go up.

FYI - i have nothing against any religion. No religious congregations period. Same rules to apply to temples gurudwaras churches everywhere. more

1. None of the three pictures carries on it a date. So, these as proof or support of proof do not qualify. 2. Yet, the question is justified. Why relax the curfew rules (if actually true) during the period of Ramadan? 3. In this context, let's not overlook that the government has abolished the tripple-talaq rights from the male muslims, the so-called invincible Article 370 has been revoked in Kashmir, the Ayodhya squabble has been amicably resolved......and many more..... 4. Reforms take time to manifest themselves. Having faith in your country's government would be a great help here. more
If some persons do not follow the curfew and are responsible for any damages like China the state will take action and they will have to face dire consequences for which they will have no defence later more

Relaxations are OK in yellow and Green zones , that too with Strict Regulations . May be the administrators had relaxed for the sake of the Important Festival and didnt want to antagonize he community . One takes a look at the picture FIRST THING THAT STRIKES IS 1 METRE DISTANCING. At least that could have been enforced strictly .A dense crowd jostling for space, commodities ,and time . And let us be reminded , the city in which this took place , in AHAMADABAD. AHAMADABADIT IS ONE OF THE TOP 5 HIGH CASE LOAD CITIES IN INDIA . MUMBAI (13.8%) , DELHI (11.6%), AHMADABAD(7.7%), INDORE (4.5%), HYDRABAD (2.7 %) . The percentage is Nation's total cses. Is your town anywhere close to this %. Even 100 years backl The Mayor of a small town had put up a notice about Spanish Influenza and put up a list of crowded places to stay away . more
Everyone has a right for any religion to preach. But it should not be at the cost of national loss. more
it is not good sign for our Country spreading COVID 19 more
