Why ATMs are dry frequently
It seems after the de-monitisation days, banks are relaxed and don't care about the central bank guidelines.
It has become a routine that ATMs are found dry on some day or the other. Public approaches ATMs with skepticism.
To add fuel to it, Banks are now charging for using other banks' ATMs...a wonderful way of fleecing the clients - keep your ATMs dry...force the client to go to other banks' ATMs and then levy charges for using them.
Hope RBI will wake up. more
