VERY MUCH VALID POINT. I AM ALSO OF THE SAME VIEW AND RAISING THE ISSUE. IT WAS LIKE PUNISHMENT FOR PAYING SERVICE CHARGES FOR PAYING LIC INSURANCE PREM. I PAID ON LINE INSTEAD OF USING OTHER MODES. NOW LIC CAN VERY WELL TAKE INITIATIVE IN MAKING PREM,COLLECTION ON LINE WITHOUT ANY CHARGES WHATSOEVER. SIMILARLY BANK SHOULD BE INSTRUCTED NOT TO CHARGE ON CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD ANNUAL CHARGES OR USAGE CHARGES. IMMEDIATE ACTION IS EXPECTED FROM GOVT. OF INDIA. THANKS. more
