In private sector due to lack of professionalism many employers don't clear the necessary formalities and hence it becomes one more tool in their hand to victimize the employee who has left the organization. I'm also at loss what should we do? more
Why EPFO cannot deal with member instead of employer? At least it should do so if the member requests. Then collusion with employer will be less. Further if employer is already tried in court by another employee EPFO should take action against employer to settle dues of all employees. more
In my view ,part final settlement must be done in respect of whatever amount is lying in the account. For rest of the amount which was not deposited by the employer , being no fault of employee, one can seek the remedy through the competent court of law, specially in the matter of E.Pension Scheme 95. more
Now a days when newage children are changing job frequently and if one transfer of pf account take 3 to 4 years then there is a flaw in the systems. Government pl look it and change the procedure else the basic idea of pf as social scheme is defeated more
