Why the govts see higher penalties n fines on people as a solution to every civic problem.
Why not fine the engineers n contractors for potholes!
Why not fine officials for delays in discharging public utility servises!

Why often the traffic police hide behid trees to catch the defaulters. Why not they manage, regulate traffic and discipline people and issue challans only on repeat offenders. First there be written warning. more

Fine Politicians for unnecessary rallies, Fine criminals for destroying properties Fine Govt officials for corruption and not making proper roads. .. There are enough ways of penalising those who should be penalised more

Govt. should plan to strengthen the management practices of traffic movement, no one wants to be a defaulter. Signalling system needs to be improved, traffic police should be proactive to creat awareness. fine must be imposed, once offenders/violaters are habitual. more
