Why initiatives of Govt aren't effective
So to make Noida and Greater Noida safer, the authorities have launched operation pink this week where they have announced via all news papers that this week there will be 21 teams of women in plain clothes deployed in different parts of noida. worse is you have even given locations and times these teams will be active.
My issue is if you announce such things and the majnus read about it in news paper wont they give this week a pass and then be back again next week.
The authorities need to make sure what every they do is not one time show with media coverage before hand but an on going initiative and coverage comes after you have nabbed a bunch of these eve teasers and chain snatchers. more

'Secrecy is the key to success' in such initiatives; otherwise the entire exercise is an eye-wash. I presume some thought would have gone into it while planning an operation like this. Authorities may please validate & make us wise. more

You have a valid point. Such operatons are to be planned secretly . By all means , call media after the execution of the exercise and show your achievement . more
