Why no one follows FSSAI

FSSAI keeps issuing rules but no one seems to follow them. For instance, FSSAI had issued an advisory that stickers should not be pasted on the fruits as these contain non-edible glues.

See attached, you can go anywhere and you can find stickers.

Why does Fssai fail when communicating with suppliers. Same thing about calcium carbide ripening, gutka ban, food served in news paper, on and on. more

I am not able to understand the role of the Circles formulated and the invitation of complaints and suggestions . This should be the Forum where the grievances have to be raised , and the authorities who have floated the the circles should attend to the Complaints and redress . Other wise there is no meaning in us wasting our time to assist the Establishment . more
The CEO and his management team are all part of the circles and act on many issues. more
They should be more proactively involve customers who go to the shops to buy items and if they are aware of the rules then if there is any discrepency they can report to the FSSAI more
all these dirty things are happening in the SOCIETY because the level of ETHICS IN THE SOCIETY have gaon down to below BOTTOM LEVEL and the SOCIETY IS SPOILED AND ROTTEN TO THE ROOTS. THE ONLY POSSIBLE APPEARS TO BE----TO FULLY SUPPORT MR.NARENDRA MODI BLINDLY WITHOUT ANY PULLING BACKS. AND AT THE SAME TIME WE SHALL STRUGGLE HARD TOOTH AND NAIL TO PROTECT HIM FROM THE JAWS OF CROCODILES LIKE-- MAYA,MAMATHA,CHANDRA BABU,AKHILESH.RAAHUL,SONIA, LALLU, COMMUNISTS,STALIN,OVWAICYS, ETC,ETC. even then IT MAY TAKE ATLEAST 10 YEARS TO RECTIFY THE SOCIETY. WE HAVE TO WAIT. NO SHORT CUTS. I am not a politician, not a B.C TO SUPPORT MODI. I believe the situation DEMANDS IT. On Tue, Jan 15, 2019 at 7:28 AM Anu Kaur wrote: > more
FFSAI is blind deaf and dumb department more
Department officials close their eyes when hold money in pocket otherwise open their eyes and ears. more
In every state i presume there will be an fssai office and they need to gear up to these details and may be conduct an awareness programme and also tell customers to inform them when they see something of this sort otherwise these will remain only on paper more
they create awareness about the monthly collection targets only more
