BIS is a non functional organisation and the it takes a long time for them to come to terms with the existing pace.They have been sleeping over the years and have become so lethargic that to make them work will be a herculean task for anyone.The whole organisation needs a revamp and am sorry to this.They should be told in no uncertain terms that if they do not perform they can leave

Unfortunately what you write is true but no one cares about the citizens. And the parliament has passed an act to give even greater powers to BIS, which are only used in coercive ways , never ever to benefit the lives of citizens

Why you need to have a crutch to stand up . It is a common problem in our country , that they will just look up for someone else to come and save them. Instead Start taking action. If Indians as customers had any sense of pride left in them, they would stop visiting the shop which gave them bad service, but no, that will not happen. Threat of business loss is far greater than any standards set up by some defunct government body.

Is it a question of customer service expected from an establishment manned with such IDIOT executive(s) ! The only question should be as to how such establishments with such kind of people are allowed to function in this country ! They should immediately be asked to close all their shops and adieu.

You should ask "Why are there no standards for political parties and politicians?". It is something like asking for standards for customer service from them.
