Why not provide Agenda for Elections rather than blind belief of parties

In this era of social media and the avenues open for people to express themselves, why not set the Agenda for the 2019 elections, rather than going with the old-failed things of achieving Sun & Moon.

01. Parliamentarians should get pension only after 15/20 yrs of service, like other public services.

(Currently, they get pension after 5 years of service) .

02. Parliamentarians pay should be revised with Central Pay Commission or should be capped to with range of 5-20% and should be provided at election time for people to choose the range.
(Currently, they increase/raise their salary by voting themselves .

03. Parliamentarians should lose their current health care system and participate in the same health care system as the Indian people. They and their immediate family should avail education in Govt. School and medical in Govt. hospitals (this is automatically improve the system).

4. All concession like free travel, ration, electricity, water, phone bill should be abolished, and no reservations.
(They not only get this concessions but they also regularly increase it - Boldly and Shamelessly.)

05. Parliamentarians with tainted records, criminal charges & convictions, past or present should be summarily banned from the parliament and CONTESTING election on any pretext or the other.

06. Parliamentarians should equally abide by all laws they impose on the Indian people. No more VIP treatment.

07. All MPs and MLAs to automatically be disqualified from Gas subsidy and no more food in Parliament canteen..

08. No more reservations on the basis of caste and religion. Only merit matters, and some % for the economically backward.

09. Anyone who is not a Graduate, should not be allowed to contest any elections of MLCs, MLAs or MPs.

10. No more Tax free income for the MLCs, MLAs and MPs. If the soldiers sacrificing their lives for the nation pay taxes why these people are exempted from Taxes.

This is my agenda and will use NOTA if none of the parties full-fill.
Please do share/comment and lets start a change for good. more

Under point number it is written, " (Currently, they get pension after 5 years of service). Let me simply change ONE word, so that the full meaning expressed by the writer comes out with force as, " (Currently, they get pension after 5 years of ACTING) ACTING is better word than service ( However a few exceptions will be there among the elected reps, and I apologise to them all) more
Completely agree with you. more
India should come out of DEEP SLEEP and come to facts. We need educated and qualified MPs who can deliver actually good for the nation and society. more
