Every citizen should be given right to vote without Voter list. Reference of citizenship could be Passport or Driving License. Biometric record would help. Why all the documentation and proof need be submitted. Percentage of Bogus voting is very small compared to the efforts and money spent. NOTA numbers should be used for deduction from the Candidate of the Incumbency government. more
