Why Railways not implementing Covid protocols
Nephew visited New Delhi Railway Station yesterday. There were no Covid precautions at station. No Thermal Screening, No Sanitisation, No Social Distancing, No Mask Check.
If this Rail Ministry cant even implement these basics in its backyard, how will they implement covid protocols in other 5000 stations across India

In every Govt. run institution, it is difficult to enforce covid protocol as no body is accountable and every employee has got secure job till superannuation. This is happening at every public place in India. The police/Health Deptt. officials have abdicated their responsibility and there is no authority to issue instructions and ensure execution. more

Easy to increase taxes on everything, right from fuel to milk to gas but difficult to give safety in return to its own citizens! It is not we Indians need a police lathi, but it is the politicians who have made us rely on walking sticks more

Our problem is not to shoulder any responsibility for anything but expect the fruits. Since we have voted a government to power, it is the government responsibility to set everything right but without becoming harsh on citizens and/or without touching the effluent liberty showered on us in the name of democracy. more

It is easy to pontificate.. Why should the people themselves not follow the covid code on their own? The whole problem is, in India, no one follows rules and regulations on their own without a policeman behind him without a lathi more
