I hear eating lettuce is good for sleep. Sometimes, people cannot sleep because of indigestion hence taking aadrak water with varialli also helps. more  
With the fast changing world this type of information is good. We need to take rest and sleep for minimum of 6 to 7 hours in a day and all efforts to be made by all for good health . more

Ashawgandha, Brahmi. Shankhpushi, Jatamansi are good ayurveda herbs to help in sleep. One need to consult physician before taking any medicine. I am not the one who can recommend it. more
