Will real estate prices crash in noida

Friends, I am new to noida and new to this circle and joined after seeing good discussion in delhi circles.

we were looking at purchasing a flat in noida but todays news paper says that by year end greater noida will have 60000 unsold ready flats and noida will have 25,000 unsold ready flat basically indicating glut in supply.

can those who have knowledge of this area and market please share their views.

There is a glut in Gr Noida W at present and there are no takers. You can wait a bit. more

Well in my opinion the rates have hit there bottom. The entire last year the rates were stagnant. You might find some distress sales if you can put in the hard work. more
