Will the authorities wake up?
ED fines firm Rs.1.86 cr.police say it paid bellary reddy to end case. The Sunday Express DT 11/11/18.
It point outs they have opened bank accounts abroad by resident Indians without RBI approval and incorporation of firm in Dubai without prior approval.
I have written on pgportal on 7/11/2017 as to how RBI has failed in monitoring FEMA provisions .And is registered with pmopg/e/2017/0584363. And it was closed on 26/10/18 by rbi reply reiterating the provisions without initiating any action. Many a authorised dealer branches are allowing such transactions without adhering to these norms. And RBI is least bothered may be ED has to include the RBI officials also as accused in such cases. more

As long as Judiciary limits its verdict quashing the Case commenting ' prosecution failed to submit requisite evidences/prove the allegations' ; as long as the Verdict do not order for prompt and correct evidences/proofs ; as long as Lie Detectors are not permitted ; as long as punishments are not imposed on each case that referred for Appeal for presenting false and fake affidavits/evidences/Certificates THERE WILL BE EVER INCREASE OF OFFENCES AND CASES since the issue of Offence can never be proved while the Justice can never be concluded . more
