Withdraw Provident Fund

Hi,
I left my job few year back in 2013 due to my personal reason. At that time I can’t submit pf form to the company . Now I want to withdraw my pf amount. Company is not co-operating for pf claim. I have registered in employees provident fund organization for universal account number. In that UAN my aadhar card approve by my employer but my bank details are not approved by employer. For withdrawal pf amount without employer sign is possible? If it is possible than what is the procedure for withdraw pf amount. Can anyone please help me. more

Your employer cannot refuse to sign your Form 10D or 10C as the case may be. If the authorised person is not cooperating, approach the higher authority so that needful can be done. When UAN and aadhar are approved, they would have to approve your bank details also. Perhaps you have not submitted cancelled cheque of the authorised bank where your PF is to be transferred. The bank details you have submitted to your employer is not an authorised bank of PF office. This might be reason of your employer's inability to approve your bank details. Any how check once again with your employer for not approving the bank details. more
Thank you all for suggestions. I have submited my pf form attested by bank more
