Withdrawal of EPF Funds

My daughter has an EPF account which was being subscribed to by the Company she was working with. The Company belonged to her husband. Her name in the EFP records bears the surname of the husband.
Now, after her divorce, the surname has changed to her maiden surname.
The new mobile phone that she has also has her maiden surname.
The PAN card that she has also bears her maiden surname, as this was made before she got married.
She has an Aadhaar card; which is linked to her mobile phone. Name on the Aadhaar card bears the maiden surname, as it was made after the divorce.
Can someone advise how she can access the EPF funds in her account. more

I think you may give a name change request/advertisement at govt printing press in their bulletin and submit the same at pf office. I hope you have legally divorced. more

Visit EPF and get their record modified as per present Aadhar card alternatively go as per advise of Shri Chandan Pal ji as above. more

Praveen Kapur, please prepare an affidavit with a first class magistrate with notification in leading newspaper stating that two names (with surnames) are one and the same person. Then submit photocopy to respective departments. more

YOU MAY SUBMIT ATTESTATION OF ANY GOVT. GAZETTED OFFICER IF CURRENT OR PREVIOUS EMPLOYERS ARE NOT AVAILABE. more
