Kundan Borole

Withdrawal of PF amount

I have left the company 7 years before and i tried to withdraw my pf amount that time also filled the withdraw form till date I have not received My pf amount, What should i do for such company now. What will be the solution.
Plz help more

Do you have UAN no and your ex organisation is still in business? If yes, upload your kyc in https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/ and contact the concerned person of your ex organisation to approve the kyc details. After their approval you can claim it through online. You can see the claim status within next 10 days. Its more effective than submitting the hardcopy forms. If they are reluctant to approve then you can submit your complaint in http://epfigms.gov.in/. more

Lodge a complaint to regional provident fund commissioner with old details and wait for their answer for 15 days after that give a reminder and wait for 15days you will get your money more

Please fill form go to that employer take sign on that form submit to that PF office where u r PF was deposited if your employer not ready to sign on that then submit complain to EPFO portal with all details more
