As per recent news it may take 20d ays, is what I heard from my company case worker. Better compared to earlier days. more
Since you are presently working as Sr. Sales Manager, you should make sure whether you are eligible for withdrawal. However, you can very well transfer to your present PF account. As said by Mr Gopal, your account is 30 yeras old. Does'nt matter, whether it is 30 yrs or 40 yrs. the records of EPFO are very very perfect. Now the computersiation has been done, they must have done the old records as well. Even it is manual, EPFO record keeping is superb. What you have to do is while appying fro transfer you fill the For 13 (R) exactly what you fiulled at the time of becoming member in your previous organisation from where you want to seek transfer of account. Generaly mismatch in name ( some times instead of full name, short names are used as also the father's name) liable for rejection. Any how after submission of Form 13 (R ), it will take 40-45 days for transfer. more
yr PF must be lying with EPFO and not with yr employer. since it is more than 30 years it is rather difficult but not impossible. check whether yr employer has forwarded yr claim form to EPFO. hope yr employer is not exempted. if exempted then he has to settle. more
It will take around two months to get the credit in your account from the date of receiving to the employer. more
I am agree with the above said comments but in my case till date my case still pending since more then 30 years. I don't know whether I get my EPF or not. I am 70 years old. This is for your information. SURENDRA PRATAP MUNHET , JAIPUR. more
